There are high risks of geo-hazards to the construction and operation of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. In order to enhance the understanding of the landslide hazards in Hunza valley, it is significant to acquire the landslide inventory and analyze landslides development attributions.Method This study applied 45 images and 42 images of the ascending and descending sentinel-1A datasets, respectively, to monitor the surface deformation based on SBAS-InSAR. Furthermore, the deformation information along the slope direction were estimated. Based on the displacement rates derived from SAR data, we conducted the visual interpretation of optical remote sensing images and in-situ surveys and validation.Result Consequently, 53 potential landslides were detected and delineated. The effect of landslide identification in this study and the deformation features of typical landslides were analyzed. Eleven factors related to geomorphology, geology, hydrology, and vegetation were used in the analysis of landslide development. The results show that the maximum displacement velocity of -311 mm/a and -490 mm/a along the slope were detected with the ascending and descending datasets respectively. An annual deformation velocity of 20 mm/a was set as thresholds for the detection and mapping of potential landslides in the area of Hunza River valley.Conclusion The validated potential landslides are distributed on the slopes on both sides of the Hunza river, and sometimes are on the upper and lower slopes of the road. These active landslides are mostly located in the area within metamorphic rocks such as Phyllite and Slate. Landslides prefer to form and experience deformation in the topography where the elevation relief is within 200 – 1000 m, the slope is within 30 – 40 degrees, and the aspect is within south and southwest. Due to the high exposure of slope surface and sparse vegetation, weathered and fragmented slope provides enough provenance and materials for the development of landslides. The outcomes and results potentially facilitate hazards management and risk reduction in the Hunza Valley and thus the uninterrupted operation of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, and can provide scientific references and data support for the monitoring and assessments of the major landslide disasters that destroy roads and block rivers leading to secondary disaster events. 中巴经济走廊 洪扎河谷 滑坡 滑坡是世界范围内最常见、分布最为广泛的地质灾害之一，每年造成难以估量的基础设施和财产损失以及大量人员伤亡 （ Froude 和 Petley， 2018 Froude 和 Petley， 2018 ； Haque 等， 2016 Haque 等， 2016 ； Intrieri 等， 2019 Intrieri 等， 2019 ）。全面早期识别潜在滑坡是防灾减灾工作的重要前提，滑坡识别及编目也是滑坡易发性制图和风险区划研究的重要基础 （ Guzzetti 等， 2000 Guzzetti 等， 2000 ）， 滑坡位置、分布以及发育模式等信息对于预测受灾区域和量化灾害风险及损失至关重要。而在有些地区，由于所掌握的滑坡数据信息不甚全面，导致许多灾难事件的发生 （ Kamp 等， 2009 Kamp 等， 2009 ； Meusburger 和Alewell， 2009），滑坡识别与编目工作中存在的不足仍然是限制滑坡灾害评估可靠性的主要原因之一 （ Ardizzone 等， 2002 Ardizzone 等， 2002 ）。 中巴经济走廊北起中国新疆自治区喀什市，经过红其拉甫口岸进入巴基斯坦，再向西南经洪扎河谷穿越喀喇昆仑山脉、兴都库什山脉、喜马拉雅山脉，南抵巴基斯坦港口城市瓜达尔港。其北部段以新疆喀什至巴基斯坦塔克特市的中巴喀喇昆仑公路为主要通道（ 图1 图1 ），区内构造复杂，气候多变，不良地质环境作用下，滑坡、泥石流灾害多发 （ Qing 等， 2020 Qing 等， 2020 ； Zhao 等， 2019 Zhao 等， 2019 ； 赵富萌 等， 2020 赵富萌 等， 2020 ； Su 等，2021 Su 等，2021 ），尤其在巴基斯坦北部段，显著的气候变化、强烈的构造活动及多年的人类工程活动成为促进和诱发滑坡灾害的主要原因，引起广泛关注 （ Ali 等， 2017 Ali 等， 2017 ； Shafique 等， 2016 Shafique 等， 2016 ）。洪扎河谷段最为典型，人口密度大，滑坡灾害问题突出，潜在滑坡隐患严重威胁着城市、村镇的发展和人身财产安全 （ Rehman 等， 2020 Rehman 等， 2020 ），造成了严重的灾害和损失 （ Ahmed 等， 2016 Ahmed 等， 2016 ； Bacha 等， 2018 Bacha 等， 2018 ； Rehman 等， 2020 Rehman 等， 2020 ； Shafique 等， 2016 Shafique 等， 2016 ），也严重威胁中巴经济走廊的建设和安全运行 （ Rehman 等， 2020 Rehman 等， 2020 ）。 有学者曾对中巴经济走廊内的滑坡、冰川、泥石流及碎屑流等灾害进行了调查和研究（ Ahmed 和 Rogers， 2014 Ahmed 和 Rogers， 2014 ； Yang 等， 2016 Yang 等， 2016 ； Yang 等， 2011 Yang 等， 2011 ）。也有研究在喜马拉雅山区、洪扎河谷基于卫星影像进行滑坡识别编目与评价 （ Ahmed 等， 2016 Ahmed 等， 2016 ； Bacha 等， 2018 Bacha 等， 2018 ； Martha 等， 2013 Martha 等， 2013 ）。 Hussain 等 （2021） Hussain 等 （2021） 利用高分辨率遥感影像解译和多元统计等方法对中巴经济走廊巴基斯坦北段的滑坡易发性进行了评价，获得了较为全面的历史滑坡数据，但存在所用数据年代较早、数据来源单一等问题 （ Ali 等， 2019 Ali 等， 2019 ； Yang 等， 2011 Yang 等， 2011 ）。这些研究引起了对中巴经济走廊及中巴公路沿线滑坡灾害防治的关注，但是仅限于已有滑坡的编目和评价，对于考虑现今地表形变监测的潜在滑坡研究则稍显不足。然而，在现今气候变化、人类活动综合作用越发显著的情况下，滑坡灾害越来越多发。传统的地质灾害调查与测绘手段成本较高，尤其在可及度较低的高原山区，难以提升工作效率；单一遥感解译手段受影像分辨率、天气状况、甚至重访周期等的限制，已经无法满足地质灾害防治研究的现势需求 （ Kang 等， 2021 Kang 等， 2021 ； Liu 等， 2021 Liu 等， 2021 ； 苏晓军 等， 2021 苏晓军 等， 2021 ； 赵富萌 等， 2020 赵富萌 等， 2020 ）。现有研究成果也难以满足中巴经济走廊建设和当地地质灾害防灾减灾的需求，亟需采用先进方法开展潜在滑坡识别与发育特征研究。开展基于InSAR监测的潜在滑坡识别研究，有助于及时发现滑坡隐患、尽早制定应急预案，对于支撑中巴经济走廊建设和当地防灾工作具有十分重要的意义。 SBAS-InSAR技术已被广泛应用于山区地质灾害的识别 （ Kang 等，2017 Kang 等，2017 ； Zhang 等，2019 Zhang 等，2019 ； Rehman 等，2020 Rehman 等，2020 ； 李晓恩 等， 2021 李晓恩 等， 2021 ； 廖明生 等，2021 廖明生 等，2021 ）。监测结果指示灾害风险源的分布和位置（ 张亚迪 等，2019 张亚迪 等，2019 ）。尽管已有少量应用InSAR技术监测识别中巴公路沿线滑坡的研究，但在洪扎区域，潜在滑坡升降轨SAR数据综合识别及发育特征分析方面的专门案例研究较为匮乏。在中巴公路沿线，以单轨道数据为主完成了潜在滑坡的识别和发育分析（ Su 等，2021 Su 等，2021 ）。 Rehman 等 （2020） Rehman 等 （2020） 曾利用InSAR技术对典型滑坡灾害进行识别分析， Zhao 等 （2019） Zhao 等 （2019） 利用InSAR监测形变结果来提升滑坡易发性评价结果，但都只应用了单一轨道获取的SAR数据进行监测，由于受到观测几何的限制，无法较全面地监测区域内形变位置，滑坡识别和易发性评价有待进一步提升。 基于以上灾害严重特征和研究现状及必要性，以中巴经济走廊洪扎河谷为研究区，进行多源遥感监测识别，一方面，监测获得地表形变速率，结合地形地貌特征、光学影像特征开展调查验证，识别洪扎河谷滑坡隐患。另一方面，根据监测识别的滑坡数据，进一步综合地形地貌、地质构造、水文植被等内外因子分析其分布发育特征。研究可为后续开展滑坡易发性评价制图、洪扎河谷区及中巴经济走廊沿线防灾减灾技术研究提供方法参考和数据支撑。 2　研究区概况 1 洪扎河谷位于巴基斯坦北部，是中巴经济走廊内地质环境最为复杂、地形高差最为巨大的区段，总面积1127.76 km 2 。地貌类型属于喀喇昆仑侵蚀构造高山区，区内海拔最低1663 m，最高7395 m，相对高差5000 m以上。狭窄的河谷两侧分布羽状冰川、泥石流沟谷，侵蚀强烈，部分地段发育河流阶地（ 图2 图2 ）。 区内活动构造发育。由于印度板块和亚欧板块激烈碰撞，洪扎地区形成北西—南东走向主喀喇昆仑断裂（Main Karakoram Thrust， MKT），逆冲走滑强烈 （ Rehman 等， 2020 Rehman 等， 2020 ），伴有分支断层活动，因此沟壑交错纵横，岩体破碎（Verma和Sekhar 1986），斜坡岩土体强度减弱。节理裂隙的发育为降水入渗和地下水活动提供了良好的通道，也促进放大了河流侵蚀对斜坡稳定性的影响。 Batura， Pasu， Ghulkin， 以及Gulmit等为主的冰川侵蚀和消融过程为滑坡的发育发生提供了充足的物质和水动力来源 （ Derbyshire 等， 2001 Derbyshire 等， 2001 ）。随着夏季高山积雪融化补给，洪扎河水流量激增，侵蚀增强，常诱发滑坡灾害 （ Ahmed 等， 2016 Ahmed 等， 2016 ），严重威胁着公路及通行人员车辆和当地人民的生命财产 （ Ali 等， 2017 Ali 等， 2017 ； Rehman 等， 2020 Rehman 等， 2020 ），也影响着该区域的环境和生态安全 （ Searle 等， 1999 Searle 等， 1999 ）。区内滑坡发育与山区人类活动、经济走廊建设也密切相关。 3　数据与方法 1 本研究数据处理与分析主要包括四个步骤：数据准备、变形速率监测和初步解译、潜在滑坡现场调查与编目、滑坡发育特征分析，SAR数据处理和滑坡识别综合技术流程如 图3 图3 所示。 3.1　研究数据 2 本研究所用数据主要包括：自2019年1月2日至2020年6月13日以及自2019年1月8日至2020年6月19日的升轨（27）和降轨（107）哨兵1号（Sentinel-1A）微波遥感数据，升轨数据45景，降轨数据42景，共计87景（ 图1 图1 ， 表1 表1 ）。C波段成像的Sentinel-1A干涉宽幅单视复数（Single Look Complex， SLC）数据几何分辨率为5 m×20 （方位向×距离向） 1×4 滑坡发育特征研究用到的高差、坡度、坡向等地形地貌因子由SRTM DEM数据计算得到。归一化植被指数 （Normalized difference vegetation Index， NDVI） 用以表示研究区内植被覆盖及长势，由2019年6月的Landsat-8 OLI数据反演计算得到。断层、岩性分布等地质背景数据参考 Searle 等（1999） Searle 等（1999） 以及 Fraser 等（2001） Fraser 等（2001） 的研究结合野外调查获得，根据区内岩性软弱程度，划分为五组 （ Zhao 等， 2019 Zhao 等， 2019 ）。并参考前人有关滑坡与地震关系研究的经验 （ Bontemps 等， 2020 Bontemps 等， 2020 ； Keefer， 2002 Keefer， 2002 ），从美国地质调查局获取了2000年以来里氏震级4.0以上的震中数据 （ https：//earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes ）。根据以上数据计算了距断层、震中、道路的距离以研究地质环境对滑坡分布的影响。 3.2　研究方法 2 3.2.1　SBAS-InSAR原理 3 SBAS-InSAR（Small Baseline Subset-InSAR）方法为了减小卫星视角差异造成的误差和失相干，设定一定的空间基线与时间基线阈值连接SAR影像，建立若干小基线集合。像对在小基线集内干涉生成干涉图之后，基于相干性筛选高相干点，进行相位解缠，利用最小二乘法和奇异值分解估计形变相位及误差，然后通过空间域低通滤波和时间域高通滤波分离并去除大气相位延迟，最终得到形变结果 （ Berardino 等， 2002 Berardino 等， 2002 ； Hooper， 2008 Hooper， 2008 ； Lanari 等， 2004 Lanari 等， 2004 ； Schmidt 和 Bürgmann， 2003 Schmidt 和 Bürgmann， 2003 ）。SBAS-InSAR方法的突出特点是综合考虑时间、空间基线的相关性来选取多幅主影像，以增强相干性，得到更多高相干点。 3.2.2　SBAS-InSAR处理参数与流程 3 SBAS-InSAR技术关键处理包含：单视复数影像配准、单视复数影像预滤波、干涉图生成、相位解缠、轨道参数优化与重去平地效应、滤波去除大气相位、地理编码等步骤，在ENVI SARscape软件平台上实现SAR数据的处理。首先，设置距离向和方位向多视因子为4和1，并对升、降轨数据集设置时间和空间基线分别为70 d和210 m、70 d和200 m，以完成所有影像重采样并生成小基线集；在生成干涉图后，以相干阈值为0.35设置高斯（Goldstein）滤波器 （ Gabriel 等， 1989 Gabriel 等， 1989 ； Goldstein和Werner， 1998）进行滤波处理，以提高信噪比和干涉对相干性。再利用最小费用流（MCF）算法 （ Berardino 等， 2003 Berardino 等， 2003 ； Costantini， 1998 Costantini， 1998 ）进行相位解缠。进一步通过精炼、重去平和反演估算残余高程相位和形变信息，通过时空域滤波去除大气相位 （ Zhao 等， 2016 Zhao 等， 2016 ）。由于SBAS技术处理中组合了多个子集，因此使用奇异值分解（SVD）来估计每个监测日期的形变信息 （ Berardino 等， 2003 Berardino 等， 2003 ； Hooper， 2008 Hooper， 2008 ）。最后以0.4为相干性阈值反演获得研究区的雷达视线向地表年平均形变速率（ 图3 图3 ）。 3.2.3　潜在滑坡解译识别 3 综合应用升、降轨SAR数据监测地表形变速率、光学遥感解译、野外实地调查进行潜在滑坡识别。滑坡变形多数表现为沿着斜坡方向发生崩塌、搬运和堆积，而SBAS-InSAR方法监测获得的是沿雷达视线方向的年平均地表形变速率（Velocity along the line of sight， VLOS），无法真实反映斜坡变形和滑坡发育特征，为了更直观解译地表形变并准确识别滑坡隐患，本文基于前人 （ Kang 等， 2017 Kang 等， 2017 ； Schlögel 等， 2015 Schlögel 等， 2015 ）经验将V LOS 转换为沿斜坡向形变速率（Vslope），具体原理如下： <math display="block" InSAR监测获得的结果为滑坡识别的基本前提数据，体现的是地表斜坡的形变。将斜坡向形变结果与光学遥感影像、DEM以及山体阴影等反应地物及地形特征的图层要素进行叠加分析，可根据不同地物在光学影像中不同的纹理、色彩、亮度等特征、数字高程和山体阴影中地形地貌特征等判断滑坡发育迹象，比如拉张陡坎与裂缝、剪切侧界裂缝、堆积平台、前缘隆起等特征，从而初步确定潜在的滑坡区域；并以此为基础，通过现场地质调查与验证，可以对潜在滑坡的边界加以核对修改，同时对地表形变速率值进行再次分类渲染，最终达到的效果是将潜在滑坡区域与监测得到高形变速率位置对应匹配，同时实现确认研究区内识别潜在滑坡的形变速率阈值的目的（ 图3 图3 ）。 4　研究结果与分析 1 4.1　SBAS-InSAR技术监测地表形变结果与分析 2 应用SBAS-InSAR技术进行监测，最终以0.4为相干性阈值反演得到雷达视线向形变速率值，升轨数据监测得到形变速率值为-115 – 23 mm/a（ 图4 图4 ），降轨数据监测得到形变速率值为-190 – 53 mm/a（ 图5 图5 ）。由于滑坡的发育为斜坡受各种因素影响而沿着一定深度滑动面或破裂面产生的斜坡失稳滑动，为了更有效地利用InSAR监测形变准确识别潜在滑坡，根据前文提到的方法，基于ArcGIS计算工具利用SRTM DEM和Sentinel-1A观测几何参数计算，处理得到斜坡向形变速率，由升轨和降轨数据监测得到斜坡向最大形变速率分别为-311 mm /a（ 图6 图6 ）和-490 mm /a（ 图7 图7 ）。因为升降轨不同的观测几何条件对应着不同的雷达可视性，导致升降轨不同数据集监测获得的地表形变结果覆盖并非完全一致，因此，两个数据结果显示区内最大形变速率略有差别。根据前述思路，通过数据解译和调查验证，将-20 mm/a的斜坡向形变速率设置为洪扎河谷识别潜在滑坡的阈值。统计发现，在升轨数据监测获得的118315个相干点中，有117677个（占99.4%）位于（-20，20）的视线向变形速率区间内（ 图4 图4 ）；有109687个（占92.7％）位于（0，-20）的斜坡向变形速率区间内（ 图6 图6 ）。降轨数据监测获得139699个相干点，其中133290个点（占95.4%）形变速率位于（-20，20）的视线向变形速率区间内区间（ 图5 图5 ）；109153个点斜坡向形变速率位于（0，-20）区间，占78.13％（ 图7 图7 ）。统计表明总体上多数区域都是相对稳定的，同时也印证了SBAS-InSAR技术适合监测高原山地等起伏较大的不平坦地表形变信息，并监测识别不稳定形变区域 （ Rehman 等， 2020 Rehman 等， 2020 ）。 4.2　基于SBAS-InSAR的滑坡识别与分析 2 结合升降轨哨兵数据监测的地表形变速率，进行光学遥感影像解译和野外实地调查验证工作（ 图2 图2 ）。形变结果与遥感影像特征、地形特征较为吻合的斜坡可以进行初步圈定。在野外现场调查验证中，根据初步圈定结果，对现场斜坡变形位置、变形区域、潜在滑坡的变形裂缝、陡坎、边界等特征进行验证，核对一致的斜坡被编目为潜在滑坡（ 图2 图2 ）。最终，完成了研究区内滑坡的监测识别，共识别出53处潜在滑坡（ 图7 图7 ）。调查发现，在洪扎河谷，滑坡的主要特征有陡峭后壁、裂缝、陡坎发育和破碎的岩土体，以及滑坡体上较低甚至无植被覆盖，野外验证与影像解译均具备相符的滑坡发育特征。与已有研究 （ Bacha 等， 2018 Bacha 等， 2018 ； Rehman 等， 2020 Rehman 等， 2020 ）对比分析发现，升轨和降轨数据的综合应用可以克服因观测几何有限带来的漏测缺点，所获的更大范围形变覆盖保证了识别效果，最终监测调查识别的滑坡数量有所提升，与该区滑坡实际发育程度较为吻合。 为了进一步定量评价识别精度，从而讨论本研究所用方法的有效性，以前人 Bacha 等 （2018） Bacha 等 （2018） 光学遥感解译的滑坡为对比数据，进行了逐一判别（ 图8 图8 ）。对比发现，本文应用InSAR识别的滑坡，其中有29处曾在 Bacha 等 （2018） Bacha 等 （2018） 的研究中以光学影像解译得到识别。因研究区边界不完全一致，进一步对比了洪扎河谷Hussain Abad至Hassan Abad滑坡集中段约300 km 2 区域内的滑坡灾害，本研究识别了该区域33个滑坡，其中24个滑坡为先前识别过的滑坡（ 图7 图7 ）。可见，由于特殊的地质环境因素，区内大部分滑坡长期处于变形状态，成为主要灾害隐患；一些斜坡体由于侵蚀、人类活动等因素开始变形并逐步发育；不同的研究因观测时间和尺度不一，所获得的滑坡数据不完全一致，也各有针对性。而本研究利用InSAR的监测优势，根据长时间形变监测和调查较全面地判识了潜在滑坡。 4.3　典型滑坡形变识别特征 2 以Ghulmet滑坡和Humarri 滑坡（ 图7 图7 ）为例分析滑坡的InSAR监测形变、影像解译和验证特征。两个滑坡在先前研究中也报道过 （ Rehman 等， 2020 Rehman 等， 2020 ）。由快速形变点及其外界的低速率稳定点所界定的形变范围（图9a， 图10a） 图10a） 与验证的破坏形变证据一致（图9c， 图10b 图10b ， d）。 Ghulmet村滑坡，位于Hunza河右岸，倾向南，滑坡长1500 m，平均宽1300 m（图9）。InSAR监测到其上部形变速度大于-20 mm/a（图9a），前缘部分也处于变形状态。滑坡形成后壁，，因陡峭地形、重力作用下发生崩塌、碎屑流。而滑坡前缘由于受河流侵蚀而产生次级崩塌。影像中的色彩、纹理特征，可辅助InSAR监测结果的解译与潜在滑坡的圈定（图9b）。在野外实地调查中可观察到圈椅状后壁和裂缝等典型特征（图9c），与遥感监测解译结果相符。 Humarri村西南，主喀喇昆仑断层穿过，Humarri滑坡后壁的发育受其控制。滑坡位于Hispar河左岸，由冰川、河流相沉积物组成，主要岩性为深变质岩（ 图10 图10 ）。滑坡整体变形量较大，坡体形变监测结果覆盖较为全面，雷达视线向平均形变速率-34 mm/a，斜坡向形变速率高达达-72 mm/a，滑坡东侧界形变点聚集（ 图10a 图10a ）。影像解译滑坡后缘拉张裂缝发育明显，野外验证发现滑坡侧界发育陡坎、裂缝，坡体由于推挤、剪切变形而造成树木歪斜（ 图10b 图10b ， c）。该滑坡下部物质破碎松散，受河水侵蚀而发育次级滑坡。松散堆积坡体局部由于形变速率过快，而产生失相干，较难完全监测到该次级滑坡整个坡体形变信息，而坡脚产生的崩滑形变被SBAS-InSAR监测捕捉到，与调查验证相符（ 图10a 图10a ， d）。 1,2;3,4; 4.4　洪扎河谷滑坡发育分布特征 2 滑坡的发育受到地形地貌、地质构造、水文植被等因素的综合作用与控制，从而在空间上也呈现一定的分布特征。为了研究滑坡的发育和分布特征，统计分析了潜在滑坡与海拔、高差、坡度、坡向、降水、NDVI、距断层距离、距震中距离、距道路距离、岩性和土地覆盖类型等内外因素的关系。 1,2;3,4;5; 海拔高度及地形高差影响斜坡体的稳定状态，一般地，斜坡高差越大，坡体因重力作用而失稳的可能越大。洪扎河谷潜在滑坡主要集中分布在平均高程2000 – 3000 m，高差200 – 1000 m范围内（ 图12a 图12a ， b），可见在一定地形起伏条件中，滑坡分布具有一定聚集特征，即地形海拔起伏对滑坡发育起到一定的控制作用。极高海拔（ > 3000 m）和大起伏区域距离河谷较远，主要为林地、冰川积雪覆盖的极高山区域，因此，较少滑坡发育。 坡度、坡向为主要影响和控制滑坡发育和位置的地形条件，识别的滑坡主要分布在坡度25° – 40°范围（占86.8%），其中，在35° – 40°坡度条件下，滑坡分布数量达到峰值（22处，占41.5%）（ 图12c） 图12c） 。对滑坡坡向分布进行统计，发现东向至西向的斜坡较易发育滑坡（44处，占83%）（ 图12d） 图12d） 。而升、降轨不同数据所监测的滑坡在坡向特征上存在明显的区别，升轨数据监测滑坡主要发育在东、南东、南向斜坡，在南向斜坡上的滑坡占升轨识别滑坡总数的36%。降轨数据所识别的滑坡主要发育在南西、西、北西斜坡，其中在南西向斜坡上的滑坡占降轨数据识别滑坡总数的39%（ 图12d） 图12d） 。 考虑水系、断层、地震、道路等因素，基于距离统计分析发现（ 图12e 图12e ， g， h， i），滑坡主要发育在距水系2 km、距离断层 2.5 km、距离震中20 km、距离道路1.5 km的区域内，距离越近，斜坡受到扰动的概率越大，滑坡发育条件更加充足。 植被生长可以反应斜坡完整度，植被覆盖良好的斜坡一般较不易受到降水侵蚀和风化破坏。岩性反映着斜坡岩土体强度和受内外力作用时的抗侵蚀风化能力。土地覆盖类型表征地表地物的分布，在不同类型的用地区，滑坡易发性不一。将研究区岩性和用地类型进行分类（ 表2 表2 ），统计发现，滑坡主要发育在植被生长较差、板岩、千枚岩等变质岩类、及其碎屑堆积分布区域，这类岩土体较易因为坡面侵蚀、降水入渗作用产生节理、风化，造成斜坡完整性破坏，并为滑坡崩塌的发育提供物质来源（ 图12f 图12f ， j）。从滑坡所在用地类型角度分析（图 11k 11k ， 12k 12k 综上，洪扎河谷滑坡发育主要受到岩性控制，较软弱易分化的变质岩类区，斜坡主要为裸露基岩和碎石土，植被覆盖与生长同样较差，为滑坡发育提供了充足的物源。海拔及高差、坡度、坡向等地形因素主要控制着滑坡的分布，中等坡度30 – 40°和坡向南、南西向为滑坡发育的优势地形条件。距道路、水系、断层及震中越近，滑坡越容易发育。 5　结论与展望 1 本研究基于SBAS-InSAR技术和升降轨Sentinel-1A数据监测洪扎河谷地表形变信息，基于形变数据，结合光学遥感解译与野外调查验证完成了中巴经济走廊洪扎段的潜在滑坡的早期识别研究，进一步分析了洪扎河谷滑坡的发育特征。主要结论如下： （1）本研究基于SBAS-InSAR技术获得洪扎河谷地表不稳定形变阈值为-20 mm/a，形变区域主要集中在河谷两岸、公路上下边坡，在支沟中也有分布。 （2）通过SBAS-InSAR监测形变叠加光学遥感解译和野外验证调查，识别得到洪扎河谷53处潜在滑坡，主要分布在风化基岩斜坡、堆积层发育的斜坡地段。据调查及光学遥感影像解译，所识别滑坡具备陡峭后壁、裂缝、陡坎发育和破碎的岩土体等变形特征。 （3）滑坡发育主要受到断层控制，较软弱的变质岩类区域，斜坡地表裸露、易风化破碎，植被稀疏，为滑坡发育提供了充足的物源，滑坡相对更为发育；高差200 – 1000 m、坡度30°– 40°和坡向南、南西向为滑坡发育的优势地形条件；在裸露基岩和碎石土斜坡，滑坡最为多发。 （4）本研究经调查与对比研究证实升、降轨数据的不同观测几何保证了较全面的形变监测，是全面识别山区滑坡隐患的有效方法，在相同区域，有72%的识别滑坡与学者解译结果相符。说明区内大部分滑坡长期处于变形状态，成为主要灾害隐患；一些斜坡体由于侵蚀、人类活动等因素而变形并逐步发育。在东西走向洪扎河谷区，今后可以利用升轨数据对东、南东、南向的滑坡可进行长期重点监测，对南西、西向的滑坡，则可用降轨数据开展有效、针对性监测。 研究结果可用于巴基斯坦洪扎河谷防灾减灾工作，可为中巴经济走廊的畅通运营、滑坡重点监测和评价研究提供科学参考和数据支持。研究中的统计特征也与滑坡数据有关，因为本研究主要识别了河谷区及支沟中与人类居住地、公路设施等较近的滑坡。在进一步的研究中，应该利用高分辨率SAR数据在长时间尺度上进行监测，研究典型滑坡形变时空特征、发展演化及破坏特征。并对毁路、堵江的滑坡进行重点监测、模拟和评价研究，以期为防灾减灾关键技术和能力提升提供数据和技术支撑，为中巴经济走廊的安全运营和当地人身财产安全提供科学保障。
