Taking the Beijing city as the study area, this paper used five indices (vegetation index, humidity, Land Surface Temperature (LST), Normalized Difference Build-up and bare Soil Index (NDBSI) and air quality) through the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method to construct a Modified Remote Sensing Ecological Index (MRSEI). The Eco-environment Index (EI) was derived from the Pressure-State-Response model (PSR) combined with the entropy weight method to compare with MRSEI and RSEI. Moreover, the nuclear principal component analysis (KPCA) was applied to establish the Nonlinear Remote Sensing Ecological Index (NRSEI), which was integrated vegetation index, humidity, LST, and NDBSI. Finally, MRSEI and NRSEI were separately compared with the remote sensing ecological index (RSEI). The results showed that MRSEI could reflect the spatial distribution of air quality, and the correlation coefficients between MRSEI and EI were 0.829 in 2014 and 0.857 in 2017 ( P < 0.01), which were improved by 0.035 and 0.055 over that of RSEI, respectively. Compared with EI, the average absolute error, root mean square error, and average relative error of MRSEI in the main districts were all lower than that of RSEI. These results indicated that the MRSEI in evaluating urban ecological quality was better than RSEI and the air quality indicator was feasible to monitor the ecological environment of Beijing. The contribution rate of the first principal component from NRSEI was increased by 11.94%—21.45% than that of RSEI in the experiment areas. Compared with RSEI, the correlation coefficients between each indicator and NRSEI increased by 0.128—0.198. NRSEI could demonstrate the transition of different ecological levels. RSEI sometimes underestimated the areas with poor ecological environments, and it sometimes overestimated the areas with excellent ecological environments. NRSEI was more consistent with the ecological conditions reflected by remotely sensed images. MRSEI is more suitable than RSEI for monitoring the ecological quality of Beijing. 城市生态系统受到人类活动的影响巨大，存在土地利用变化剧烈（ Hu和Xu，2019 Hu和Xu，2019 ）、城市热岛效应（ Imhoff等，2010 Imhoff等，2010 ）和空气污染等问题。对城市生态质量进行多尺度、多因素、高时效性监测，是城市生态预警、保护和改善的重要方式。目前，遥感技术已成为评价区域生态环境的有效手段（ Hu和Xu，2019 Hu和Xu，2019 ； Willis，2015 Willis，2015 ），学者利用不同遥感指数对森林（ Ochoa-Gaona等，2010 Ochoa-Gaona等，2010 ）、草地（ Sullivan等，2010 Sullivan等，2010 ）、城市（ Gupta等，2012 Gupta等，2012 ）、河流（ Ivits等，2009 Ivits等，2009 ）和流域（ Moran等，2004 Moran等，2004 ）等的生态质量进行了监测和评价。对城市生态系统的监测大多基于植被指数（ Gupta等，2012 Gupta等，2012 ）、不透水层（ Xu，2010 Xu，2010 ）、城市热岛效应（ Imhoff等，2010 Imhoff等，2010 ）等单因素，这些评价方法不能全面反映城市生态状况。 徐涵秋（2013） 徐涵秋（2013） 综合绿度、湿度、热度和干度4个指标采用主成分分析PCA（Principal Components Analysis）构建遥感生态指数RSEI（Remote Sensing Ecological Index），对城市生态质量进行评价，与单因素相比更加客观和全面。近年来，许多研究基于RSEI评估城市生态状况，如福州市（ Hu和Xu，2019 Hu和Xu，2019 ）、雄安新区（ Xu等，2018 Xu等，2018 ）、上海和纽约（ 王美雅和徐涵秋，2018 王美雅和徐涵秋，2018 ）、郑州（ Guo等，2017 Guo等，2017 ）、杭州（ 刘智才 等，2015 刘智才 等，2015 ）和中国35个主要城市（ Yue等，2019 Yue等，2019 ）等，但均未考虑空气质量对城市生态质量的影响，且忽略指标间的弱线性或非线性对RSEI的影响。 2006年国家环境保护部以行业标准的形式颁布了《生态环境状况评价技术规范》（ 国家环保局，2006 国家环保局，2006 ），明确指出用生物丰度指数、植被覆盖度指数、水网密度指数、土地退化指数和环境质量指数共同评价生态环境状况，2015年国家环境保护部将环境质量指数改成了污染负荷指数，但RSEI对城市生态评价中不包含空气质量指标。近年来，中国城市空气质量问题较严重，尤其是京津冀、珠三角和长三角等地区，空气中细颗粒物（PM 2.5 ）浓度较高，经常是首要污染物（ He等，2001 He等，2001 ），而气溶胶光学厚度AOD（Aerosol Optical Depth）可研究全球和各区域PM 2.5 浓度的空间分布（ Peng等，2016 Peng等，2016 ； Van Donkelaar等，2015 Van Donkelaar等，2015 ），因此，考虑用AOD代替空气质量指标，结合RSEI的4个指标构建改进型遥感生态指数MRSEI（Modified RSEI）对城市生态进行监测评价。经济合作与发展组织 OECD（1993） OECD（1993） 提出的用于环境政策制定的压力—状态—响应框架PSR（Pressure-State-Response）是常用的生态状况评价方法，本文用其与MRSEI和RSEI的监测效果进行比较。 与此同时，本文也将探究线性和非线性变换对遥感生态指数的影响。RSEI基于线性PCA变换获得，但PCA变换对指标间的非线性关系效果不好，而RSEI的4个指标间可能存在弱线性或非线性关系，因此，本文尝试采用非线性的核主成分分析KPCA（Kernel Principal Component Analysis）变换（ 吴一全和吴超，2012 吴一全和吴超，2012 ）构建非线性的遥感生态指数NRSEI（Nonlinear RSEI），进而弥补线性变换的缺陷。 本文以北京市为例，利用PCA构建包含空气质量指标、绿度、湿度、热度和干度的MRSEI，利用构建的PSR模型（共23个指标），且用熵权法（ 付学谦和陈皓勇，2015 付学谦和陈皓勇，2015 ）确定各个指标权重，采用加权法计算生态环境指数EI（Eco-environmental Index）与MRSEI和RSEI的监测效果进行比较。同时，综合绿度、湿度、热度和干度指标采用KPCA构建NRSEI，由于实验区（152像元 <math id="M1"><mo>×</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">152</mn></math> 像元）较小不能用与EI进行比较，于是通过各个指标与NRSEI的相关性、第一主成分贡献率PC1（First Principal Component Contribution Rate）、与遥感影像对比和生态质量各等级比例等方面与RSEI进行对比分析，综合评价NRSEI监测研究区生态环境质量效果。本文希望通过不断改进RSEI，提高城市生态环境质量监测的准确性，为城市生态情况及时提供预警，为有关部门制定城市生态政策、保护和改善城市生态提供技术和数据支持。 2　研究区与数据 1 2.1　研究区概况 2 研究区北京市的经纬度范围为39.4°N—41.6°N，115.7°E—117.4°E。北京为典型北温带半湿润大陆性季风气候，北京市西、北和东北三面环山，东南与华北大平原相接（ 图1 图1 ），平原海拔约为20—60 m，山地海拔大约1000—1500 m，地形呈“簸箕型”，阻挡了污染物扩散（ Cao等，2018 Cao等，2018 ），雾霾严重，空气质量状况严峻。北京主城区的范围（六环以内）主要包括东城区、西城区、朝阳区、海淀区、丰台区、石景山区和大兴区的主要部分，还包括其他区的部分（ 图1 图1 ）。 2.2　数据与处理 2 本文选取2014-05-15、2017-05-23和2019-05-13 6景Landsat 8 OLI遥感影像（下载于 https：//earthexplorer.usgs.gov https://earthexplorer.usgs.gov ［2019-09-27］）；AOD数据来自MODIS（Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer）MCD19产品，空间分辨率为1 km，共9景（ https://search. https://search. ‍earthdata.‍nasa.‍gov‍［2019-09-27］‍）；90 m DEM（Digital Elevation Model）数据来自地理空间数据云（http:‍‍//www.gscloud.cn［2019-09-27］）；PSR中指标的统计数据来自北京市统计局（ http://www.bjstats.gov.cn/tjsj/ http://www.bjstats.gov.cn/tjsj/ ［2019-09-27］）、北京市生态环境局（ http://sthjj.beijing.gov.cn http://sthjj.beijing.gov.cn ［2019-09-27］）和北京市园林绿化局（ http://yllhj.beijing.gov.cn http://yllhj.beijing.gov.cn ［2019-09-27］）。 利用ENVI 5.3对Landsat8 OLI数据进行辐射定标、大气校正、拼接和剪裁等预处理，及各个指数的计算、正规化和PCA变换；利用改进的归一化差异水体指数MNDWI（Modified Normalized Difference Water Index）（ 徐涵秋，2005 徐涵秋，2005 ）对较大面积水体进行掩膜；利用MRT（MODIS Reprojection Tool）对MODIS MCD19进行拼接、投影转换和重采样；利用MATLAB编程实现核主成分分析和熵权法确定权重的过程；为了与RSEI中的4个指标空间分辨率一致，利用Arcgis10.5反距离插值法将PSR中各指标插值为30 m的空间分辨率。 3　方法 1 3.1　RSEI、NRSEI和MRSEI指数计算 2 徐涵秋（2013） 徐涵秋（2013） 利用归一化差值植被指数NDVI（Normalized Differential Vegetation Index）、缨帽变换的湿度分量Wet（Humidity Index）、地表温度LST（Land Surface Temperature）、建筑指数和裸土指数NDBSI（Normalized Differential Build-up and bare Soil Index）4个指标采用PCA构建RSEI。PCA算法流程：设样本数据集 X =｛ x ），与污染物排放量的空间耦合度相对最大（ 张金亭 等，2019 张金亭 等，2019 ），并且利用北京市12个国家控空气质量监测站的观测数据，在不同时间段的PM 2.5 浓度与MODIS AOD的相关性在城区高、郊区低（ 王伟齐 等，2016 王伟齐 等，2016 ），而且在不同污染等级中，PM 2.5 和PM 10 的贡献最大（ 陈卫卫 等，2019 陈卫卫 等，2019 ）。同时，本文利用卫星过境时刻的PM 2.5 和PM 10 浓度与AOD做了相关性分析（ 图2 图2 ），相关系数分别为0.702、0.684（2014年）、0.665、0.272 （2017年）、0.228和0.529（2019年），表明PM 2.5 、PM 10 浓度与AOD具有较强的相关性，且相关性的强弱与首要污染物的类型有关，而且统计数据表明北京市空气质量的首要污染物以PM 2.5 和PM 10 为主。综上分析，AOD可以较好地表征北京的空气质量。 1;2;3; 3.3　RSEI、MRSEI和NRSEI获取 2 城市生态质量是自然和人为因素相互作用的结果，将这些因素综合评价城市生态状况的方法有多指标简单相加法（ Kearney等，1995 Kearney等，1995 ）和权重相加法（ Gupta等，2012 Gupta等，2012 ）等。以上研究方法因素的权重是人为确定的，主观性较强。PCA是一种将多波段信息压缩到比原波段更有效的少数几个转换波段的方法，把主要信息集中在前3个主成分上，PC1包含的信息量最多。PCA不需要人为设置权重，根据各个指标对主分量的贡献度来自动、客观的确定，避免了主观性，使得结果具有可比性。 因为各指标的量纲不同，所以在进行PCA计算之前需对各指标进行正规化，将量纲统一到［0，1］，公式为 <math 个指标归一化后的值；其中 i =1，2，…，23。 4　结果与分析 1 4.1　RSEI与MRSEI对比分析 2 虽然RSEI和MRSEI对城市生态监测的大致趋势一致，但在空间分布和程度上存在差异。为了更好的分析RSEI和MRSEI反映城市生态环境质量的差异性，将生态指数以0.2为间隔分成5个等级，分别是差、较差、中等、良和优5个等级（ 徐涵秋，2013 徐涵秋，2013 ）（ 表2 表2 ）。由 图3（b） 图3（b） 和 图3（d） 图3（d） 可知， 图3（b） 图3（b） 中生态差的比例为15.50%，而 图3（d） 图3（d） 中生态差的比例为29.75%，增加了14.25%，但后者比前者在中等、良、优的比例分别减少了5.68%、2.25%和2.79%。由 图3 图3 可知，生态环境恶化部分的空间分布及趋势与AOD（ 图3（c） 图3（c） ）严重程度的空间分布一致，表明空气质量指标对城市生态质量的影响较为重要；由 图3（g） 图3（g） 、 图3（h） 图3（h） 、 图3（i） 图3（i） 和 图3（j） 图3（j） 可知，北京市南部地区AOD最严重， 图3（i） 图3（i） 中北京市南部生态环境差于 图3（g） 图3（g） ； 图3（i） 图3（i） 中生态环境差和较差分别比 图3（g） 图3（g） 增加了1.76%和2.15%，但生态质量中等、良和优等级分别减少了1.71%、0.40%和1.80%； 图3（m） 图3（m） 中AOD严重区域主要分布在主城区周围， 图3（n） 图3（n） 中生态质量较差比例比 图3（l） 图3（l） 增加了3.35%，优等级的百分比减少了5.49%。由 图3（c） 图3（c） 、 图3（e） 图3（e） 、 图3（h） 图3（h） 、 图3（j） 图3（j） MOD09计算NDVI、Wet和NDBSI，Wet计算参数来自文献（ 张鹏，2014 张鹏，2014 ），LST来自MODIS MOD11产品，PM 2.5 和PM 10 质量浓度来自北京市空气质量统计数据，计算的各指标的均方根误差见 表3 表3 。由 表3 表3 可知，在月时间尺度内北京NDVI、LST、Wet和NDBSI的均方根误差很小，PM 2.5 和PM 10 浓度的均方根误差很大，可认为月时间尺度内的生态变化是空气质量指标引起的。为了进一步研究AOD对城市生态的影响及衡量AOD指标的重要性，本文以2019年为例，利用NDVI、LST、Wet和NDBSI指标分别与2014-05-15、2017-05-23和2019-05-13的AOD组合经PCA变换获得MRSEI。 时间 PM 2.5 PM 10 LST NDVI Wet NDBSI 在较差、中等和良的百分比分别增加了3.56%、4.08%和2.53%，在差和优的百分比分别减少了4.67%和5.49%。结合 图3（c） 图3（c） 、（h）和（m）AOD的空间分布，可发现城市生态质量的恶化和改善区域在空间分布上与AOD具有一致性。NDVI、LST、Wet、NDBSI及AOD与MRSEI的相关系数分别是0.414、-0.594、0.145、-0.483、-0.767（ 图4（b） 图4（b） ），0.793、-0.718、0.303、-0.861和-0.541（ 图4（c） 图4（c） ），0.812、-0.688、0.296、-0.888和-0.314（ 图4（d） 图4（d） ）。 图4（b） 图4（b） 和 图4（c） 图4（c） 中AOD与MRSEI的相关系数最高； 图4（c） 图4（c） 中AOD与MRSEI的相关系数低于NDVI、LST、NDBSI与MRSEI的相关系数，但高于Wet。由 图4 图4 、 图3（c） 图3（c） 、 图3（h） 图3（h） 和 图3（m） 图3（m） 可知，AOD的空间分布对城市生态质量的空间格局具有较大影响，对AOD严重的北京生态影响不能忽略，且通过熵权法求出各指标权重发现 图4（b） 图4（b） 中AOD权重最大（0.566）， 图4（c） 图4（c） 中AOD的权重（0.242）仅次于LST（0.286）和NDBSI（0.278）， 图4（d） 图4（d） 中AOD的权重最大（0.353）。 图4（a） 图4（a） 、 图4（b） 图4（b） 、 图4（c） 图4（c） 和 图4（d） 图4（d） 主城区生态质量的均值分别是0.333、0.210、0.317和0.283，AOD使生态质量降低。MRSEI对城市生态质量监测、评价和定量刻画可表现空气质量的空间差异。 4.3　RSEI、MRSEI与EI的对比 2 为进一步验证RSEI和MRSEI对城市生态质量评价的合理性，本文利用PSR模型，用熵权法确定各个指标权重，由 式（23） 式（23） 计算的EI对北京市生态环境质量进行评价，并分析RSEI、MRSEI监测结果与EI的一致性。由 图5（b） 图5（b） 、 图5（c） 图5（c） 和 图5（d） 图5（d） 可知，2014-05-15 RSEI和MRSEI在主城区与EI一致性高，在西南、西、西北、东北及中上部RSEI和MRSEI与EI差异相对较大，但环境变化的梯度趋势较为一致，生态质量好坏程度不同；由 图5（f） 图5（f） 、 图5（g） 图5（g） 和 图5（h） 图5（h） 可知，2017-05-23 RSEI和MRSEI与EI在主城区一致度较高，由主城区中心向外变化趋势是相似的。EI是用点插值到面，表现生态的变化趋势，而对局部细节无法清楚反映。于是进一步获得北京市各个区的MRSEI和RSEI均值，代表区的总体生态质量，与区的生态整体状况（EI）做相关性分析（ 图6 图6 ）。由 图6 图6 可知，RSEI、MRSEI与EI的相关系数分别是0.794、0.829（2014-05-15）、0.802和0.857（2017-05-23）（ P < 0.01），EI与MRSEI的相关系数均高于RSEI。虽然RSEI和MRSEI均可监测评价生态环境质量，但MRSEI与EI的相关性比RSEI与EI的相关性高，因此，MRSEI在城市生态质量监测、评价和定量描述方面优于RSEI。 1,2,3,4; 为了评价RSEI、MRSEI在城市区域生态质量的适用性，在主城区将前者监测结果与EI进行对比。由 表4 表4 可知，2014-05-15和2017-05-23 MRSEI的平均绝对误差、均方根误差和平均相对误差均小于RSEI。2014-05-15 AOD较严重（ 图3（c） 图3（c） ），MRSEI的误差不到RSEI误差的0.5倍；2017-05-23 AOD较轻（ 图3（h） 图3（h） 因为PCA变换对指标间的非线性关系处理效果不好，因此，考虑到NDVI、LST、Wet和NDBSI之间可能存在非线性或弱线性关系，利用KPCA计算城市遥感生态指数NRSEI。在北京市2014-05-15、2017-05-23和2019-05-13分别选取两个实验区（152像元×152像元），分别命名为ex1和ex2，并以2019-05-13 ex1为例进行详细对比分析。 由 表5 表5 可知，NDVI与NDBSI为强相关（ r =-0.969），其余指标间均为弱相关。在2019-05-13整个北京市NDVI、Wet、LST和NDBSI指标间的线性相关性均表现出减小，其中NDVI与Wet相关系数减小最大（0.236），NDVI与Wet的相关系数减少了0.195，NDVI与LST相关系数减少了0.074，NDBSI和Wet的相关系数减少了0.143，LST与NDBSI相关系数降低最小（0.001），对于整个北京市仅NDVI和NDBSI达到强相关，其余指标间均为弱相关，AOD与NDVI、LST和NDBSI为弱相关，与Wet没有相关性。而且上述指标间的相关性由实验区到北京市会降低。因此，PCA获得生态指数的效果也会下降。由 表5 表5 可知，在ex1获得的NRSEI与NDVI、LST、Wet和NDBSI指标的相关系数比RSEI分别提高了0.128、0.143、0.164和0.198。由 表6 表6 可知，实验区分别采用PCA和KPCA获得PC1特征值贡献率（衡量信息量的多少），KPCA的PC1均高于PCA的PC1（在6个实验区提高了11.94%—21.45%）。因此，NRSEI包含的信息比RSEI多，比RSEI能更好和客观的反映城市生态质量状况。 注： ex1和ex2分别为选取的两个实验区（152像元×152像元）。 2 指标 6 2019-05-13 ex1 NDVI LST Wet 图7 可知，NRSEI与遥感影像定性反映的生态质量符合度较高。RSEI和NRSEI对于连片建筑区和高植被覆盖区监测效果基本一致，但对于地表覆盖类型复杂且小斑块镶嵌区域和建筑与周围低植被覆盖的过渡地段NRSEI表现更明显。为了更好描述RSEI和NRSEI的差异，对2019-05-13 ex1实验区将生态质量以0.2为间隔分成5个等级（ 表7 表7 ）。由 表7 表7 可知，RSEI与NRSEI在每个等级百分比均存在差异，RSEI生态环境为差的比例仅7.44%，根据遥感图像判断明显较少，而NRSEI的比例为23.10%，与遥感影像较为相符；RSEI较差的比例为13.40%，而NRSEI是26.46%；RSEI中等比例为12.68%，NRSEI是22.55%；良等级中RSEI和NRSEI的比例分别是13.5%和17.37%，二者相差较小；RSEI优的比例高达52.98%，NRSEI是10.52%，RSEI明显对生态优等级的比例明显高估，对生态差、较差和中等低估。由 图7（c） 图7（c） 与 图7（d） 图7（d） 、 图7（g） 图7（g） 与 图7（h） 图7（h） 和 图7（k） 图7（k） 与 图7（l） 图7（l） 对比可知，在低植被和建筑物镶嵌的区域存在较明显的差异，可能指标间线性相关性减弱，PCA不能有效提取多指标的综合信息，RSEI只表现出指标部分的信息，然而NRSEI采用的非线性变换，对实验区可很好的把有效信息提取出来，对生态环境反映更加准确和全面，在图像上表示生态差到优的等级和等级间的过渡较为明显。由 图7 图7 MRSEI和RSEI利用PCA变换获得的遥感生态指数，RSEI没有考虑空气质量因素，MRSEI考虑了城市空气质量指标，对于空气质量严峻的地区，空气质量对城市生态质量的影响不可忽视。经PSR模型计算的EI与MRSEI、RSEI比较表明，在北京市EI与MRSEI的相关性高于RSEI，在主城区EI与MRSEI的平均绝对误差、平均均方根误差和平均相对误差均小于RSEI，表明对于北京市和主城区适用性优于RSEI。本文仅在空气质量严峻的北京市进行了研究，而MRSEI和RSEI对于空气质量较好的城市的适用性没有研究。且本文的验证数据是以区为单位，仅可在区的水平上进行比较，不能做到面对面比较，可能会忽略局部效果的差异。对于主城区的比对是利用EI（16个点）插值获得面状数据。同时，本文利用KPCA获得NRSEI，考虑了指标间存在的弱线性和非线性的问题，提高了方法的适用性，但也使数据量爆炸式增加，由于计算机设备限制，仅可在小区域（152像元×152像元）研究。对于结果的验证也是定性去评价，主要根据遥感影像、第一主成分贡献率和指标与NRSEI的相关性，而没有定量评价。且AOD数据的空间分辨率较低，在小区域AOD基本不变，不能同时考虑两方面的改进。今后会探究不同空气质量对RSEI监测结果的影响的定量评价，也会在不同城市展开研究。 随着遥感技术发展，今后可以获得更高空间分辨率和时间分辨率的遥感数据，而且科学技术的发展也会提高计算机的运算和存储能力，将可同时考虑空气质量和KPCA变换两个方面改进RSEI；同时，随着AOD的空间分辨率和精度提高，获得的遥感生态指数更加准确，对城市生态能更加准确和详细监测。 对于KPCA算法随着数据的空间维度增加，计算量会快速增加。于是将KPCA用于更大尺度的研究，例如北京市的非线性城市遥感指数时，怎么提高算法计算效率和使用更少的计算机内存是一个急需解决的问题。目前，对于这个问题形成流行学习的研究方向，已有学者使用Landmark points策略（De Silva和Tenenbaum，2002）或增强GPU（Graphics Pocessing Unit）运算能力（ Bachmann等，2010 Bachmann等，2010 ）等解决方案，怎么与KPCA相结合，需要进一步探究。 5　结论 1 北京市2017-05-23的EI、RSEI和MRSEI均值比2014-05-13的均值分别提高了38.65%、28.05和49.73%；2019-05-13的RSEI和MRSEI均值分别比2017年均值提高了15.61%和19.22%，表明北京市整体生态质量有所提高，但有些区域因城市扩张呈下降趋势。 RSEI与MRSEI监测城市整体生态质量结果趋势相似，但在空间分布和定量刻画上存在一定差异，AOD越严重对MRSEI影响越大。PSR获得的EI与MRSEI的相关系数分别是0.829（2014-05-13）和0.857（2017-05-23）（ P < 0.01）均高于RSEI与EI的相关性（0.794（2014-05-13）和0.802（2017-05-23）；主城区MRSEI的平均绝对误差、平均均方根误差和平均相对误差均小于RSEI，对城市区域的适用性更好。因此，对于空气质量严峻的北京，空气质量对城市生态质量的影响是不可忽视，且用AOD表征空气质量在北京是较为合理的。在空气质量严峻的北京，MRSEI监测生态质量精度优于RSEI。 NDVI、Wet、LST和NDBSI两两间为弱线性关系（除NDVI与NDBSI为强像性关系），且整个北京区域与实验区相比较，4个指标间的线性相关性均降低。在实验区KPCA比PCA获得的第一主成分贡献率提高了11.94%—21.25%，且4个指标与NRSEI的相关系数均高于RSEI（0.128—0.198）。实验区分析表明，RSEI有时会对生态差和较差的比例低估和对生态优的比例有时高估，NRSEI可体现等级间的过渡，与遥感影像定性反映的生态质量相符度更高。
